Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, & Attendance (ERSEA) Assistant

Our ERSEA Assistant ensures programs maintain full enrollment serving the community’s highest-need children.
This position must be held by an individual who can fully understand the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) Head Start Performance Standards and is able to implement them accurately at all times.
* As it relates to the recruitment function- Assure timely follow up on program inquiries and maintain an updated tracking system of potential enrollees
* In the areas of Eligibility, selection, and enrollment- Ensure the eligibility, selection, and enrollment processes adhere to HSPS and Acelero Learning ISP/PP
* To assist with attendance- you will provide clerical support and follow-up related to Maintenance Attendance Action Plans, and track Centers ADA’s.
* Service coordination and record-keeping duties are also key areas in this role.
To be successful and to thrive in this role, you should have a minimum (1) year of direct office support based experience.
Additional requirements for this position-
High School Diploma/GED required, AA/AS in Social Work, Education, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge/Experience of Head Start Performance standards preferred.
Bilingual (in Spanish) preferred and may be required for certain service areas to meet the needs of our population.
Successfully pass a physical examination, background check, and fingerprinting screen.
Advanced computer literacy in email, data entry, word processing, and internet navigation:
