Purpose of the Position:
The purpose of the position is to provide timely set up and take down of resident beach equipment while providing a warm and welcomed experience to our residents, their families and their guests.
1. Under the directive of the Concierge, the Cabana staff is to review Cabana reservations for the day.
2. Cabana staff are to obtain resident beach/pool equipment and set up or take down equipment during reserved times or at the request of the resident/Concierge utilizing a beach “buggy.” Building equipment is transported to and from the property and the beach.
3. Cabana staff are to maintain a clean work environment by picking up debris left on or around the property.
- Adhere to APC location site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
This position operates outdoors in the weather elements, particularly heat. The employee will be assisting residents on the building premises, beach or pool.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position requires the ability to walk, lift, push or pull beach equipment and supplies up to 30 pounds on a beach.
