Early Career Internship Program
This program is designed to help you start and grow your career in technology at Allstate. Here, we drive innovative, on-demand products and services. Your 12-week internship will expose you to projects that have an impact throughout the organization. Through hands-on work, you will gain valuable experience and insight into multiple areas of Allstate Technology and Strategic Ventures (ATSV). Our internship program is designed to prepare you for future technology careers at Allstate. Interns graduating with their bachelor’s and who are high performers during their internship will have the opportunity to apply to Allstate’s Early Career Technology Rotational Program – a fast paced 2-year program designed to increase technology skills and accelerate advancement.
• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other relevant degrees
• Current Junior graduating in Spring 2023
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Strong interest in joining a rotational program upon graduation
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
