Develop, create & research recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through heavy field recruiting, referrals and internet tools: Local colleges, attending job fairs competitive shopping. Explore new ideas and new methods of reaching new candidates
Maintains company staffing levels & understandings company staffing strategies. The company vision is to develop our people professionally & personally. Recruit to create bench within the organization & make recommendations on candidates for career potentials.
Coordinates all aspects of the recruiting process for exempt, non-exempt & commission personnel, including but not limited to, screening resumes from all recruiting sources, initial phone screening, conducting first interview meetings, scheduling additional interviews.
Organize and maintain accurate information and documents of all activities related to prospects, clients and candidates.
Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference check and background/drug screening.
Understands salary range structure guidelines & performance appraisal program.
Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices”, work with Directors if Sales/Sales Managers/Managers to identify, top talent and skill set for staffing requirements.
Assists in tracking cost of recruiting efforts & identifying cost per hire. Assists in reconciling invoices as necessary.
Knowledge of federal & state labor laws, specifically related to hiring & employment practices.
Completion of weekly reports on recruiting efforts, employment activity, & analyzes effectiveness of efforts with focus on continuous quality improvement.
Displays best judgment at all times, including displaying willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and makes timely decisions.
Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse work environment.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality in all aspects of HR issues.
Assists in all aspects of the Human Resources Department & participates in anything necessary to enhance overall operations of the company.

- At least two years of experience recruiting high volume, commission only positions
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in ATS/Recruiting tools, search engines, job boards
- Flexibility to travel between retail locations and attend events for networking, recruitment purposes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced and results driven environment
- Strong interpersonal communication and people skills
- BS/BA in Business or related field of study or equivalent experience
