Our All Stars Program is a 6-month consultant training program for master’s graduates in Analytics, Statistics, and other quantitative programs. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from top Data Science professionals, work on real-world analytics projects, and gain experience with Fortune 500 clients across a variety of verticals. Please note: this is a full time perm position that will continue after the 6 month training.

 

The primary objective of this program is to develop participants into productive, client engaged BLEND360 employees and set the foundation to build a fast track career in one of 4 areas:

 

Data Science

Data Engineering

BI.

Marketing Strategy 

 

The All-Star focused on Marketing Strategy will be responsible for supporting the development of strategic solutions for clients, including customer experience research, KPI frameworks, roadmaps and industry analyses within client projects and engagements across multiple industries

  • Work with the Strategy Team and Data Science Team to develop strategic marketing programs based on data and technology offerings to address client business problems
  • Gather insights and information through industry research and client resources, to provide a clear overview of the project and identify gaps or opportunities
  • Play a key role in the development of strategic roadmaps with key initiatives associated with customer management, integrated experience planning, analytic/measurement models, and digital tracking
  • Track project status and develop presentations in a compelling way to deliver the overall strategy and story
  • Interacts with internal and external peers and management to share information/solutions related to areas of expertise and/or to gain acceptance of new or enhanced technology/ business solutions

Reports to: Strategy Team Lead

MUST be able to travel daily to our Columbia MD office

 

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES):

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Business Management, Marketing Research, or related field
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical understanding; strong understanding of marketing functions and process preferred
  • Strong project management, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – expertise in developing PowerPoint presentations and written deliverables required
  • Self-motivated and results driven, with a high regard for attention to detail
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing (e.g., use of models, targeting, measurement, etc.) and/or marketing automation preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to balance thinking and action and pull a strategy through to tactics and execution
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
