Front Desk Associate (3-6 month internship)
· Be the welcomer for all visitors when they arrive at the Paramus Office
· Answer the phone and redirect incoming calls
· Order office and janitorial supplies
· Coordinate pick up for packages via FedEx or USPS and sort through incoming mail
· Set up travel accommodations for company employees as needed
Ideal candidate would:
· Be in graduate school or be a recent graduate looking to gain experience into the corporate world
· Be able to work 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday
· Have a friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
· Be a self starter who shows initiative
· Work well with others, as well as independently
