Academic internship for a graduate or undergraduate student in any field of study. Data and Evaluation interns work directly with the Data and Evaluation Manager on projects related to the utility and visualization of data from the Pennsylvania LGBT Health Needs Assessment and related surveys, such as the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System and Youth Risk Behavior Survey. The intern also reviews internal program data and works with our team on preparing evaluative reports. This is a research-heavy internship, an undergraduate research methods course is recommended as a prerequisite.
