The Role
The Business Analytics & Excellence department is responsible for collecting information from internal customers to build structured reports to define and build our technological analytical footprint. The department is responsible for analyzing data sets for data integrity purposes and using said data to create visualizations for the organization’s end users.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Structuring large data sets to find usable information
- Working independently or with a team to all relevant process information
- Creating presentations and reports using Microsoft tools (i.e. Power BI and PowerPoint)
- Building the processes for report generation
- Creating training documentation for the organization’s end users
- Refining models for mistake-proofing and ease of use
Core skill-sets need for this role:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel (i.e. pivot tables, VBA code, etc.) and Data Visualization System (i.e. PowerBi) skills, preferred
The Candidate
In order to be eligible for an internship at Catalent, you must meet the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Must be an undergraduate/graduate student in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Biological Sciences or related field of study
- Available for a minimum of 1 Session: Start Date, Spring 2021
- Eligible to legally work in the United States
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during co-op session
