Summer Intern – NA Claims Marketing & Customer Experience
This role leads the analysis of the Chubb Claims customer journey for our clients. Chubb is the world’s largest Property & Casualty company in the world and is the aggregate top-rated JD Powers & Assoc firm for its customer experience. This Summer Analyst will play a key role in the data collection, analysis and findings report that assess the Chubb customer journey when compared to other companies.
This work is under the direction of the Vice President of Customer Experience & Modernization. You will work in partnership with this executive and get a first-hand view of the strategies and actions that enable Chubb to be among the world’s most admired companies. With offices in 54 countries, Chubb is a truly global player.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Experience Intelligence:
* Evaluate and assess the current Chubb Claims customer experience
* Gaining an understanding of the Claims customer roadmap and compare the journey with other companies
* Completes a competitor analysis on digital tools and capabilities
* Provides documented examples of competitor tools and capabilities (portals/websites/etc.)
* Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and processes
* A key member of the presentation team, present findings and present to leadership team
* Protects operations by keeping all information confidential
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

* At least 2 years in a business, communications, English or marketing major
* Basic knowledge of business practices and procedures
* Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Internet usage
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
