The OpportunityClean Harbors is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join their safety conscious team! Our MBA Internship Program is a 12-week, paid internship that gives graduate students the opportunity to develop valuable skills with a leader in environmental services and the circular economy. Location is possibly flexible. This role is designed to give broad exposure to the HR function and will be working directly with SVP Human Resources, SVP Talent Development and VP HR Operations. Successful candidates will be prepared to start as an HR Generalist or move into a specialist role in recruiting, training, or HRIS. Our Human Resources Intern will have ownership over challenging and dynamic projects in multiple core focus areas including: Capacity Building – how do we ensure we have enough people to meet the needs of our customersIncreasing Capability – how do we ensure our employees have the skills they need to meet the needs of our customersEnhancing Culture – how do we create the environment where each employee can do what they do best every day.Using Data and Analytics – how do we use systems, data, and analytics to measure success and consistently get better. Interns will have a significant impact on the company through collaboration, innovation, and delivering data-driven business solutions.
