Connex Family Services is looking for passionate, devoted individuals interested in providing direct behavioral therapy to our clients in the Manassas area. Job Requirements: Therapists apply knowledge of the principles of behavior analysis in a one-to-one setting to clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include:Implementing programs designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Participating in team meetings, parent training, client assessment and/or observationApplying behavior analytic techniques to reduce challenging and stereotypic behaviorMaintaining accurate records of client progress through session data and data graphed dailyAttending sessions consistently and on timeWe offer flexible hours, competitive wages as well as access to BCBA supervisionDescription: Therapists will be working with children ranging from 2 years old to 17 years old.
