For those May 2022 grads interested in fundraising, philanthropy and advancement in education, this year-long residency program program offered by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) is a great way to begin a fundraising career in higher education while getting direct support and training from one of the largest associations for education advancement professionals.
Past CASE Graduate Trainees have been placed in major gifts and annual giving roles at institutions including Oregon State University, Dartmouth, Penn State University, North Carolina State University, Boston University, Ohio University, St. Leo University and University of California, Davis.
Ninety-eight percent of our CASE Graduate Trainees go straight into permanent fundraising position at the completion of the program, the majority at the institution in which they did their one year as a trainee.
CASE Graduate Trainees receive a full-time salary and benefits at their host institution (salary determined by host institution and consistent with an entry level salary for that institution) CASE Graduate Trainees also receive year long in person and online training on fundraising fundamentals through CASE.
