Criteo is in search of a detail-oriented Campaign Manager to join our Client Services team for the Retail Media Division in New York, NY. You will manage a book of business, ensuring we recognize as much revenue from those IOs as possible, all while balancing the client’s goals and objectives. You will work with both business stakeholders, ensuring we are delivering a world class client experience, as well as working with technical teams to surface and solve problems. We are very excited to be in the US as a profitable and growing company, but most of all, being positioned as a global leader in personalized Retail Media solutions.

What you’ll do:
Optimize campaigns and proposing strategies to help meet or exceed the customers performance and spend goals
Monitor the health of your book of campaigns, and working with the technical services team to troubleshoot issues
Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies
Who you are:
1-2 years experience in campaign management
Understand how to prioritize and handle multiple projects of varying importance, deadlines, and complexity at any given time
Ability to work with and across multiple teams of varying focus including – Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Product, AdOps, Technical Services
Ability to work in a fast moving company and industry
A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
Experience optimizing campaigns to perform against brand awareness and direct-response KPIs (VCR/viewability/CPA/CPI/etc).
You have experience working with Media Agencies, DSP’s, Trade Desks, and other Programmatic platforms
Experience in digital ad operations or QA at a publisher, an ad tech company, ad agency, or ad network
