E&S Home Care Solutions is looking for a patient, empathetic and strong communicator to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide class/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our students or clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Position: Customer Service Representative
· Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
· Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
· Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with students and clients through open and interactive communication
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits: follow up to ensure resolution
· Take the extra mile to engage customers
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
