We are seeking a Client Services Manager, Associate within our Client Services Team. Under the supervision of the Director of Client Services, the Client Services Manager Associate will be responsible for taking incoming calls from new clients seeking services from Family & Nursing Care. He/She will also serve as a point of contact for existing customers (client/family) as support to our Client Services Managers. This position has an alternating schedule. One week is Monday to Friday and the second week is Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are 8-5.
One of the many goals for the Client Services Manager, Associate is to inform new clients of the many benefits of our services and ensure our services meet the needs of potential new clients. This is accomplished by building and strengthening relationships with clients and their families while coordinating care with all health care professionals involved in each client’s care. The successful candidate has strong people and communication skills, is well organized, and is able to multi-task extremely well to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients/families, health care professionals, office staff, and caregivers. The Client Services Manager Associate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as possess the highest level of professional maturity, responsibility and competence when dealing with a variety of situations.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s Degree – required, Social Work major preferred
MSW is highly desired
A minimum of 2 years’ experience interfacing directly with clients in a customer-service centric environment is REQUIRED
Professional conflict resolution experience is REQUIRED
The ability to multi-task effectively
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Possess the highest level of professional maturity, responsibility and competence when dealing with a variety of situations.
The ability to handle challenging situations and assist client in meeting a resolution
The ability to be empathetic to a client’s situation. Must have good listening skills
Experience identifying and prioritizing tasks. I.E. complaints, scheduling, billing, intake etc.
