Essential Functions:
Assist teachers in daily instruction of specifically-assigned student(s); Management of classroom grades, scores, student information, etc; Participate in IEP preparation, creation, and implementation; Educational/behavioral data collection as required; Behavior management, crisis intervention with and on behalf of student; Participation in multidisciplinary treatment team; Collaborate with clinicians and other service providers to ensure student/family needs are being met; Provides student and family case management services; assist in student meal program.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate has experience with children with challenging behavior/autism,
- good knowledge of boundaries and experience in a school setting
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team with children ages 4-14 in our year-round treatment program.
