Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team within the HOPE Department. Responsible for hiring, management, supervision, training and professional development of assigned staff. Responsible for financial management and administrative functions within the Department. Participates in the Agency’s on-call emergency services rotation as scheduled.Qualifications:Master’s Degree in the Human Services field with Rhode Island independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prior program management and clinical supervisory experience required.Ability to work in an Electronic Medical Record and Windows operating systems.Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance also required.
