This position will be responsible for administrating fair lending data collection and fair lending tools for reporting. The position will also be responsible for socializing and communicating with internal business lines in regard to certain fair lending information.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure all loans fund according to federal, state, investor, TRID, and company guidelines.
• Use fair lending tools to run data reports, maps of statistical areas, housing and borrower demographics, and branch statistics.
• Collect data from internal business units to be used in fair lending testing. Review marketing and advertising information along with statistics.
• Socialize data collected from internal departments and fair lending tools. Create spreadsheets, MS Team channels, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Document and/all fair lending findings through reports or data collection. Use MS Teams channels to document all findings and remediation efforts.

Education & Experience:
• At least 6 months of general office experience
• Legal, compliance or regulatory experience or studies desired
• Risk and Operational analysis skills desired
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents and writes routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers/vendors or other employees.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
Computer Skills: Excel knowledge preferred but not required.
