Geneva International Education
Geneva International Education is currently seeking a full-time/part-time Student Coordinator/Manager to join a team of education consultants based in New Jersey and New York. Established in 2009, Geneva works with families and students based both nationally and internationally on high school and college education advising, with students ranging from 7th grade to college years. This position will mainly work with students in advising their yearly schedules and mentoring them with various tasks during the school year. The Coordinator will also assist the Director with administrative tasks. Experience working with high school students and college admissions will be highly appreciated but not required.
Coordinate and conduct monthly Skype or in-person meetings with students (currently all meetings are held virtually).
Organize, compile and manage various deadlines.
Assist students with summer projects and college application writing.
Assist the Director with administrative tasks such as scheduling and compiling resources.
Must commute to the main office in Englewood Cliffs, NJ (currently all work is remote) at least once a week; flexible working schedule.
Excellent writing skills; Basic excel skills required.
Must be organized, as well as a prompt and clear communicator.
Must enjoy working with high school or junior high students.
Must have an undergraduate degree.
