We are a digitally-native brand – we need more digitally-native gray matter behind the scenes. Are you someone with a killer Instagram account? Can you navigate the ins and outs of social media platforms? Do you have new and exciting ideas for content and campaigns? We want you. You will work directly with the founder to develop and execute social media marketing initiatives and grow the brand’s following.
GRAMMAR is a small company, which means you’ll be doing and learning a lot during your internship. You will be asked to perform a variety of tasks beyond the work listed below, depending on what is needed. We promise you will never be getting coffee! There is always real, meaningful, impactful work to be done. We also allow you to craft your experience; in addition to specific directives, you are able to explore your own interests and project ideas.
This internship offers college credit if applicable.
Work will include:
- Ideate, create and execute social media content in collaboration with founder and graphic designer
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, and monitor results
- Engage with Grammar community on various social media platforms
- Develop insights based on results, analytics, and research to come up with strategies and ideas to grow GRAMMAR’s online community
- Create social media advertising campaign strategies and suggestions for digital marketing campaigns for different platforms to reach our audiences
- Coordinate social media efforts with Shopify, email marketing, and other marketing efforts created by the team
Affiliate and Influencer Marketing:
- Source, reach out to, and plan collaborations with potential high-value partners
- Manage affiliate and influencer marketing platforms
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Interest in entrepreneurship
Critical thinking: ability to problem solve.
Culturally savvy: a strong understanding of trends and human behavior.
Interest in fashion (especially sustainable and/or luxury)
Enthusiasm and passion for learning
Content and Social Media Internship Qualifications:
Business, marketing, and/or fashion experience
Strong command of the English language and keen writing skills
Social media prowess and experience, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
Proven understanding of design principles and an excellent visual sensibility
Familiarity with Shopify, Mailchimp, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and/or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Experience with affiliate/influencer marketing a plus
