Job Description:
A Solar Customer Service Representative is responsible for educating consumers on the benefits solar energy. Through training you will become an expert on all things solar.
- Setting the ground work for a Sales Representative to meet with an interested homeowner
- Making calls to peak homeowner interest in going green
- Obtain customer Electric Bills to make the sales appointment most efficient

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of recent experience in a call center environment is a plus!
- Experience in sales is preferred.
- Meets weekly & monthly sales goals.
- Holds self accountable and pursues excellence.
- Ensures team and call center performance goals are met while sustaining call center quality.
- Provides clear, consistent, timely communications.
- Works well in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour based on experience plus weekly & monthly bonuses
