IT Helpdesk Intern
Will assist with general IT functions including PC and end user support, administrative tasks, and other functions in order to get a feel for a variety of IT capabilities.
Candidate must be working towards a degree in a related field. No previous experience required.
Active Directory experience
Windows Server experience
Providing support for Windows 7 and 10 Clients
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; general networking skills
CompTIA’s A+ and/or Network +
