- A major or concentration in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent analytical skills

- High degree of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Conduct interviews with key members of our Large Market Operations department to learn about various roles who service Guardian’s largest employer group customers. You’ll follow the path of a new customer from the installation of their plan’s benefit offerings, to loading their employee’s coverage elections, through the monthly billing and ongoing Account Management cycle.
