A detail-oriented individual who can take charge, engage with others across multiple lines of business and drive the completion of the annual destruction project.
- High level of capability in MS Office
- High level of capability in the navigation of web-based information systems

As an Imaging and Records intern, you will have the opportunity to join the world of records and data/information management. You will work with a team of Guardian professionals on critical projects that synergize with Iron Mountain, a Fortune 1000 company dedicated to information asset management. From records certification to disposal and information asset reconciliation you will learn about records management from a variety of interesting vantage points. You will have the opportunity to provide recommendations for process improvement and automation.
- Acquire knowledge in the management of activities between internal customers and external vendors particularly as it pertains to records management
- How accountability is driven so that service levels are maintained per terms of contractual agreements
- Initiate the 2022 physical records destruction project
- Manage the annual disposal process throughout every phase from providing training to the records management leads to interactions with the external vendor
Location: Bethlehem/Mobile Campus
