The Financial Analyst reports to the Manager Global Finance.A day in the life as a Financial Analyst:Provide analysis and input on how development decisions impact total brand financial results, while owning maintenance of the brand forecasting tool. Support budget management and collaborate with brand partners to understand spending trends.Provide Ad-Hoc analysis and modeling to Brand teams to support product initiatives and broad brand goals. Apply advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data management skills to synthesize data used for analysis and reporting, and support creation and enhancement to various global brand finance systems. What you will bring:2 – 5 years of related financial business planning and analysis experience in a consumer related product development or retail environment preferred.Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related business degree. High comfort level working in a dynamic environment. Ability to coordinate, prioritize and pay close attention to details. Confidence to contribute to discussions in team settings in support of strategic decision making.Strong interpersonal and project management skills.Experience with large-scale accounting systems and applications; SAP and/or Business Objects a plus.Hasbro’s world-class brands and talented people are our greatest assets.
