Heritage Christian Services is seeking candidates for a newly created Help Desk position in the WNY area. This member of our IT team will provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application issues.
- Support HCS devices through their lifecycle including builds and recycling.
- Assist with lower priority requests/incidents, attempting to resolve them or refers them to System/Network Administrators and/or management.
- Assist with maintaining our knowledge base.
- Assist with any directives given by IT management.
