No relocation assistance available.As the Supply Chain Analyst Leader, you will act as Field planning and Asset Management liaison and Smart Spares Box (SSB) promoter; assure adequate fulfillment plan into the Central-West GEO; and be responsible to support analysis on Back Order management and Logistics, while fostering continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality and best in class customer satisfaction. Customer First – Customer Last! Post Incident Reviews (PIR) requests are required to be analyzed in order to identify gaps in the Supply Chain processes, areas responsible and accountable to address the issue and provide Customer Support Solutions. Collaboration with other PN TS groups is fundamental as well as participation in projects, programs and kaizen events looking for improvements for our end-to-end Supply Chain.Responsibilities * assure adequate fulfillment plan into the GEO, working closely with the Top Account Manager, the Order Fulfillment Manager and the Logistics Manager to align parts pooling * assure and analyze adequate stocking levels through ongoing reviews with both field and central planning teams * provide recommendations based on deep dive analysis to increase / decrease stocking levels * develop and maintain an understanding of all Planning tools and methods in order to provide sound judgment on planning adjustments / requirements * act as a Smart Spare Program promoter * support and collaborate the SSB Program management team with analysis and preparation of information, presentations for the Operational reviews * work closely with Logistics teams in the Geo and Globally * interact with the Order Fulfillment leaders in the Geo to analyze backorders on customers as well as mitigation and/or remediation plans when needed * assist in the processes of PIR analysis and review of processes * assist in the processes for end of service life (EOSL) * effectively manage back orders, keeping customers and GSD stakeholders up to date and informed on improvement plans * collaborate and participate on Supply Chain related Kaizen events * develop new ideas and / or improvements for the GEO, recognizing where to go to make these changes happen, and utilizing the supporting teams in Costa Rica, Bulgaria and India * craft and deliver high-quality presentations to senior executive and upper management * work closely and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Pointnext Services, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Planning, Logistics, and Procurement * Live the HPE values * perform other duties as needed or assignedYou’ll have the opportunity to work and learn the portfolio of options we deliver and support, while gaining experience as Supply Chain Analyst, which can lead to future careers within HPE.HPE Pointnext Services: exceptional people supporting business technology in action.
