We are in the process of establishing a Human Resources (HR) Department and hired a HR Director with 17 years of HR experience. We are updating many of our policies and procedures, such as our employee handbook; employee and volunteer onboarding, training, engagement, and offboarding; payroll compliance and emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place plans, amongst other things. Also, you will be assisting with our annual benefits re-enrollment process. You will gain valuable knowledge and experience as you assist with the development of the Human Resources Department.
This is a part-time position (approximately 10 hours / week) and there is a $250 stipend at the completion of the program. Also, you may be eligible for school credit. Candidate must be eligible to work in the US. This position is on-site in Hoboken, New Jersey.
