The Greeter/ Cashier supervises and coordinates activities of dining room to provide fast and courteous service to patrons: Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners. Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus. Addresses complaints of patrons and ensures prompt and courteous service to guests. Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisitions table linens and other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations. Total receipts at end of shift to verify sales and clear cash register. Collect payment from customers.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Display basic knowledge of operating computers.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
