1. Develops new processes. 2. Participates the installation, the debugging, and creating the standard operating procedure (SOP) for 6 inches equipment. 3. Participates the development and optimization of fabrication processes for new products. 4. Supports the design, analysis and report for the process experiments. 5. Supports equipment maintenance and troubleshooting of existing production line. 6. Creates documentation, paper, and patent for projects. 7. Accomplishes works from directors.
1. Master or PHD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering Physics or related field (Mechanical Engineering，Optics, etc.).
2.Prior experience on wafer fabrication process and equipment.
3.Strong problem/trouble shooting skills.
4.Ability to work in either a team or independent environment.
5. Effective communication skills.
