This is a 6+ month temporary assignment
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you’ll assist the recruiting team build candidate pipelines, and provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source and cultivate high quality candidates
- Assist recruiting team in scheduling interviews
- Assist recruiting team to conduct initial phone screens
- Uphold a high caliber for creating positive candidate experiences and maintaining a positive impression of the company through first engagements
- Posting of open requisitions as needed
- Remain organized and able to report to recruiters and/or management the status of pipeline including applicant volume, successes and challenges
