It is that time again! Time to locate those enthusiastic and mature leaders to join our staff for the 2021 summer season. Our staff is a dynamic and diverse group of young adults that are passionate about introducing new experiences to children in Middlesex County New Jersey. This summer will be an opportunity to change a child’s life, make life long friends and experience a summer like no other.
Kiddie Keep Well Camp provides a residential camping program for underprivileged children from Middlesex County. Children between the ages of 7 and 13 attend camp for 11 days at no cost to their families.
- Mandatory Staff Training: June 14- June 18
- Summer Season: June 21- September 3, 2021,
- The schedule is Monday – Friday
- Program is Residential/ Sleepaway unless Health Department suggests Day Camp Style Program.
- Leadership and Lifeguard Positions have earlier start dates
- Positions require living at camp during each session.

Cabin Counselors: Supervise, lead, and encourage a group of 15-20 campers. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for campers 24 hours a day and be actively involved in all camp activities. (18+)
Program Director: Responsible for the successful implementation of the summer programs. Coordinate all external programs and oversee a smooth and organized program schedule. (21+, drivers license preferred)
Head Counselor: Place and supervise counselors assigned to a living unit. Aid in the development of campers and with the implementation of the summer camp program. (21+, drivers license preferred)
Social Worker: Help aid in the behavior management of campers while implementing a successful summer program. Lead social-emotional learning classes for the campers. (21+, drivers license preferred, currently working on a bachelors or MSW in social work)
Activity Instructor: Maintain the activity areas, equipment, and supplies. Assist the Program Director in the execution of a smooth and successful program. (18+)
Aquatics Director: Supervise all waterfront operations including free swim, instructional swim, and special programs. Provide leadership to all waterfront staff and coordinate schedules. (21+, proper certifications)
Lifeguard: Duty-bound to effectively and safely supervise the pools. Assist in the development of camper and staff swimming abilities through one on one and group assistance. (17+, proper certifications)
Leadership Program Coordinator: Develop, implement, and smoothly run the leadership program. A program for 15 years to develop the leadership skills to become future camp counselors. (21+, drivers license preferred)

All activities will be moved outdoors for optimal ventilation. Staff and campers will be required to wear masks when social distancing is not available. Areas will be disinfected regularly.
