Kreider Farms, a large family-owned egg and milk producer/manufacturer in Lancaster County, PA, is currently looking to bring onboard some new management team members to learn our business and grow with the company. We are looking for candidates who can oversee the management of the egg processing/packaging department along with providing direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to develop staff and maximize productivity. As the ideal candidate, you will ensure the safety of all personnel and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations. The candidate will also need to grow the efficiency of existing processes to enhance and sustain operations and maintain labor/supply costs.

Kreider Farms is looking for Managers who will be decisive, self-motivated, and results oriented. We need strong leaders and relationship builders who can develop an effective team. Strong problem solving, prioritizing, mechanical ability, and computer skills are required. Prior agricultural/farming experience preferred. Bilingual skills are helpful.
