We are looking for an experienced Project Director to join our busy, collegial team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute live and virtual promotional medical education programs. Programs include speaker programs, advisory board meetings, speaker training meetings, on-site conference support and coverage, web-based programs, as well as other promotional programming.
  • Manage and execute meeting logistics- including correspondence with KOLs/speakers, travel arrangements, and event planning
  • Manage and develop relationships with KOLs/speakers and clients; serve as primary daily contact for KOLs and speakers
  • Knowledge of developing budgets, reconciliation of post-meeting expenses
  • Mentor and supervise Project Coordinators.
  • Develop a proactive relationship with clients.
  • Travel to programs and client sites, as needed.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical education. Client exposure and knowledge of a variety of programs, and logistics.

· MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, expertise required.

· Laser sharp attention to detail, collaborative approach, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
