BUILD THE FUTURE OF PHOENIX
The Megan Schmitz for Phoenix City Council District 4 Campaign is seeking engaged, motivated, and eager young leaders to help power our grassroots movement.
This fellowship is designed for students, recent graduates, and young professionals who want to make a real impact in their community while gaining hands-on experience in politics, public service, organizing, communications, and civic engagement.
Our campaign is built on a simple belief: change happens when people show up. From knocking doors and organizing events to creating digital content and building community partnerships, fellows will be at the center of the campaign’s efforts to connect with voters and build a winning coalition.
As a Campaign Fellow, you won’t be watching from the sidelines—you’ll be part of the team helping shape the future of Phoenix.
Fellows will work directly with campaign leadership and community stakeholders while learning how modern political campaigns are built. Participants will develop valuable skills in organizing, communications, event management, coalition building, and voter engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Megan Schmitz, a proven community leader running to bring practical solutions, accountable leadership, and a fresh voice to Phoenix City Hall.
