We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Sunday Receptionist to join our growing Real Estate company in Forest Hills, Queens. As part of our team, you will gain valuable experience and learn the ins and outs of the real estate business. You will greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office and determine their reason for their visit. You will handle a busy multi-line phone system and will be expected to transfer calls, take messages and schedule appointments. Other job duties include answering phones and emails, entering information into our database, assisting Real Estate Agents in preparation for Open Houses and presentations, traveling to property listings and back to the office, organizing files, and making copies. You will also monitor the inventory of office supplies and order more when necessary.
