We work as a collective across disciplines and geographies to bring together the best thinking for every assignment, delivering insights to bold storytellers everywhere.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to provide administrative support on research for movie studios and other entertainment clients, and to directly assist the head of the Screenings department.The RoleReviewing draft questionnaires and incorporating client feedback.Checking online survey links and launching custom surveys.Compiling data table plans and checking the accuracy of the tables.Creating and populating report shells.Quality control management – questionnaire proofing, tabs, charts, codes, etc.Assisting analysts with reporting duties, such as reading comment cards and pulling respondent quotes.Helping to maintain the accuracy and integrity of reports written by analysts and senior analysts (number-checking and sense-checking their reports).Performing quality checks on all reports/memos for accuracy.Conducting background research for proposals and projects.Prepare and track specification (agreement) letters for clients.Databasing and data mapping for the upkeep of live norms/benchmarks.Providing administrative support as needed, such as originating project spec memos, bookkeeping, booking travel, and maintaining expense reports for department heads.Attends evening and weekend screenings to take focus group notes, assist moderators, etc.Stays abreast of entertainment industry/social media trends, theatrical release calendar, and weekly trailer launches.This position may require some travel for out-of-town screenings.
