The Summer Finance Internship Program is a full time 10-12 week program focused on providing rising-senior college students with practical business experience. It allows them to develop leadership skills, broaden their understanding of the concepts learned in school and get hands-on “real world experience” before fully committing. Specific responsibilities may include budget support, rebate analysis and processing, capital budgeting, financial consolidation, sales reporting and analysis, and/or ad-hoc projects and analytics.
A Successful Candidate is:
· Interested in a career in finance, data analysis, in depth analytics and/or financial reporting
· Currently enrolled in an accredited College/University and pursing a B.A./B.S. degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, and/or Math/Statistics preferred.
· Important competencies are teamwork, problem solving, innovation, planning and organizing, and attention to detail
· Authorized to work in the United States, without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
· Previous leadership experience a plus.
· Comfortable working both in a team environment and individually
· Strong academic background evidenced by a GPA of 3.0 or higher
