Reports to: Human Resource Manager
Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 21 hours per week
Location: Staten Island, NY
We are seeking a self-motivated candidate to provide administrative support to a busy Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department, assisting with the hiring process, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking vacation time and a variety of other human resources related tasks.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•Maintain Employee personnel files
•Responsible for onboarding new hires
•Maintain Applicant Tracking System
•Manage and track time off requests
•Support HR with benefits and payroll related items
•Other duties as directed by Regional HR Manager

Education and Technical Skills:
College students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources.
•Solid understanding of MS Office Word and Excel.
•Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
