Does the idea of an open, challenging and collaborative environment put a smile on your face? Randstad is hiring Machine Operators to operate a variety of technical machines to produce a variety of automotive parts in Watertown, CT. As a member of our team, you can expect:

  • Large array of experience and opportunities – tool room, maintenance, injection molding, powder coating, manual and automatic assembly lines, engineering, quality technicians, materials planning, and more

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up machines to start a production cycle.
  • Controlling and adjusting machine settings (e.g. speed)
  • Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines

Shift: first, second, third
