- Support the Channel Management team with all aspects of their job including but not limited to communication with our Master Agent population.
- Search our Master base for new opportunity and establishing better relationships with our masters
- Assist Channel Managers with entering any low-end orders which come through our Master Agents
- contact our Agent base /large customers to upsell, cross sell any new opportunities informing the Channel Managers & Master Agents as to any positive results
- Establish daily contact with the team to find additional ways to grow the business
- Cold Calling prospects to generate new leads for the agent population
- Assist with monthly CRM clean up
- Main contact for our Marketing team
- Assist with all Channel Partner shows, setting up hotel reservations & general event coordination
- 1-3 years of IT related sales or customer support
- CRM experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented
- Proactive self-starter with ability to self-manage and multi-task
- Results oriented and accountable
- BA/BS – required
