Responsibilities:

• Develop costs for existing products by creating custom-developed spreadsheets and reports, carefully examining manufacturing processes, and leveraging of existing data and subcomponent costs
• Develop methods to track long term production metrics for use as benchmark for product costing
• Develop alarms to alert appropriate parties when anomalous production performance is occurring/ when deviation from benchmark is occurring so quality assurance and product engineering can investigate cause immediately
• Development of new costs as new products are introduced
• Continuous monitoring and maintenance of costing system to check for accuracy and improve transparency
• Manufacturing/Decision Analysis: Analysis of manufacturing scenarios to quantitatively approach business decisions
• Manufacturing Reporting Design/Programming for custom reports to facilitate manufacturing planning and production execution
• Use of Tableau data visualization environment to pull in various production data and create reports to track costs, performance and other important factors
