We make a difference – in your career and your community. Emergency Services Clinician – Norwood  MSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT encouraged to apply! We have a great opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a part time Overnight Emergency Services Clinician! Join our growing 24-hour emergency services team working in a fast-paced environment to develop and sharpen your clinical skills–evaluating a broad range of individuals of varying ages, backgrounds and clinical presentations.   You will participate in the daily operation of Emergency Services (ES), including telephone triage, crisis intervention (including evaluation, stabilization, referral and follow-up) on-site, in the community and in emergency departments as well as provides ongoing support and evaluation of Community Crisis Stabilization Unit consumers and acts as liaison with community providers for continuity of care.  Orientation to Emergency Services is provided, with particular attention to diagnosis, safety assessment and awareness of resources dependent on level of care.  Clinical supervision is available as well as collaboration with licensed senior clinicians. Riverside offers an outstanding staff training program, including free CEUs. We also have amazing health, dental, and vision benefits as well as a Career Consulting program.   Schedule: Thursday / Friday / Saturday 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. (30 hours per week) Our Ideal Candidate:Riverside Community Care takes pride in its employees for being hardworking, compassionate, and respectful. Our ideal candidate would have these qualities along with the following skills and experience:Required SkillsExcellent communication and organizational skills requiredBasic computer fluency including Microsoft Office requiredValid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for limited local travelRequired ExperienceMaster’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other related human service field required.Two years experience in the field of mental health required.For providing mobile crisis intervention services to children/youth under 21, at least one year of experience working with children, adolescents and families is required; two or more years is preferred.  Riverside Community Care is dedicated to respect, integrity and engagement of all individuals.
