The Behavioral Health Community Partners Outreach Coordinator will oversee the planning and implementation of program-wide outreach strategies for the Riverside Community Partners program. This position is responsible for researching and implementing best practices in outreach for hard-to-reach Medicaid populations and supervising field-based outreach specialists in finding, connecting with, and engaging Behavioral Health Community Partners assignees.
The Outreach Coordinator will also support data exchange operations related to management of program roster, develops partnerships with community-based programs that serve the Behavioral Health Community Partners population, and conducts initial outreach efforts to begin the engagement process.
The Outreach Coordinator must be familiar with Medicaid populations and various Boston-area programs that serve Behavioral Health Community Partners members. Additionally, the person in this position must be computer and tech-savvy, and will ideally have experience in conducting community-facing work with vulnerable populations.

- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required
- Performs duties in an ethical way that carefully meets the contractual expectations within the program
- Bachelors Degree in Human Services related field and one year experience working in a health-related setting; or, Associate Degree in Human Services related field and one year experience working with adults; or, High School Diploma or GED and minimum of two years of experience working with adults required
