$500.00 Sign-On Bonus if MAP certified: $250.00 at hire and $250.00 after you complete 6 months of service.

Work as part of a team in mental health residences by supporting consumers during nighttime hours, performing assigned administrative and household duties, and initiating daily routines with consumers.

Interactions between staff and consumers will be guided by an appreciation for those being served as unique individuals, with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth.

Training and orientation provided.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11pm-9am (30 hours)

Positions similar to Residential Counselor are: Home Health Aide / HHA, Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA, and Personal Care Attendant / PCA .

Required Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
• Valid driver’s license required

Required Experience

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
