Rockland Trust is currently seeking a Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist to conduct active and passive candidate searches and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Working in collaboration with Rockland Trust’s recruitment team, the Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist will work closely with candidates throughout the interview process and will be a brand ambassador for Rockland Trust to the candidate market. This role is excellent for someone who is interested in HR and sees themselves pursuing a future in Recruiting. Normal business hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Job Responsibilities include:Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to recruit diverse talent at all levels (Interns/Entry-Level to Executive) in highly competitive marketsAssist in creating innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing your knowledge of organizations, platforms, and networks, to attract and engage underrepresented talentAssist with full-cycle recruitment activities, including reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, initiating background checks and checking new hire references.Complete all aspects of sourcing including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the qualifications of open and future roles, including required skill sets, technologies, experience, education and characterConduct initial phone screens for candidates and advocate on their behalf to Recruiters and Hiring ManagersPartner with marketing team on digital marketing recruitment campaigns.Represent the company at career fairs, networking events and conferences as needed.Track and analyze data on sourcing efforts to understand the impact of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as neededProvide an exceptional candidate experience and support projects related to the improvement of the overall candidate and colleague experience.Responsible for ensuring accurate data in ATSCreate internal company-wide communications in-line with the Rockland Trust Brand.Craft creative communications to be shared internally through a variety of channels, including email, presentations and moreCreate and monitor various monthly reports and distribute to business units.Assist the HR and Recruiting teams with other ad hoc projects. Qualifications Skills and experienceThe ability to pro-actively engage with individuals about joining a winning organizationExcellent communication skills to be able to conduct telephone interviews and liaise effectively with candidates and line managersThe ability to think creatively to source candidates using social mediaHighly organized, strong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher)Ability to work in a team environment and handle confidential matters.Experience with Boolean searchesPrevious experience engaging passive candidates preferredExperience with calendar management in an administrative roleA service oriented approachAttention to detailPrior experience with an HRIS (Taleo and Oracle) and employee compensation and benefits is preferred.Experience using LinkedIn recruiter and other job sites to attract and build a pipeline of candidates preferredBachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred Our goal is to offer our colleagues the most generous benefits package possible.
