Office Assistants are graduate students hired as needed by our office to coordinate accommodations, including exam arrangements, note taking, etc., which may include working with registered students, professors, staff, and proctors.
To qualify to become an Office Assistant you must:
- Be a currently enrolled student at Rutgers University
- Be a graduate student
- Be eligible to work in the United States
Training is provided for all positions. Students will be chosen for a position based on their availability, educational experience, and reliability.
Students are hired for a semester contract with potential to continue or advance in responsibility based on needs of the office.
