Spotlyte Health is seeking qualified, compassionate, and diverse Licensed Professional Counselor to work full time providing therapy and with our collaborative and integrated healthcare team. Provide clinically appropriate evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families
Participate in a weekly clinical supervision to assess needs and coordinate services
Quickly and professionally address referrals including patients needs
Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members including external partners
Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment to patients
Maintain a caseload of 35 patients weekly within 90 days, and minimum of 6-7 patients a day.
Maintain weekly scheduled appointments in the electronic health record
Complete required documentation and paperwork including assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning/referrals in a time-sensitive manner
Understanding Social Determinants of Health and incorporating Response/Resource advocacy for patients needs.
A PA/NJ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing.
Knowledgeable and experienced in clinical evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed care and substance use disorders.
Knowledgeable and experienced in working with co-occurring populations (chronic health conditions, mental health and substance use disorders) of different ages.
Knowledgeable and experienced in electronic health records; able to collaborate with medical and community resources; able to make routine decisions and determine proper clinical action based on experience within the limits of policy and procedures; have good clerical/administrative skills including personal computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Possess the ability to work effectively with people of diverse cultures, ages, and economic backgrounds in a culturally competent and sensitive manner.
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in clinical social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or related field from an accredited university.
