Performs entry-level administrative support work. Work involves performing a wide range of administrative and office support work to support the department.
Duties
Essential functions of this job include:
• Answering, screening, and transferring inbound phone calls
• Receiving and directing visitors and clients
• General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
• Preparing written documents and correspondence including email, memos, and reports
• Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence
• Performing other duties as assigned
