We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work at both our Partridge Creek and Great Lakes Crossing locations.
Positions available for both part-time and full-time.
Position summary: Perform various sales/customer service activities, including greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.
- Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers
- Knowledgeable of advertised sales; maintain pricing and signing
- Meet sale goals/expectations during scheduled shifts
- Restock merchandise as required
- Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies
- Perform all functions at POS including: sales transactions, answering phones, processing special orders, etc.
Education and/or Experience
High School education or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications (skills and abilities)
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility in work schedule (closing shifts, weekends, holidays)
